The electric folding bike Trotter T400XL is equipped with a powerful 250W rear wheel engine of the A-brand BAFANG. With sturdy hinges, smooth front fork suspension and a strong 36V battery, this electric folding bike is your ideal travel companion! Without difficulty you cycle up against strong winds or a steep slope. Electrically assisted you easily reach a range of 60-80km. The Trotter T400XL is user-friendly in its operation. Within 10 seconds it is easy to fold and store in your car, boat, camper or caravan. The Trotter T400XL is equipped with 24inch magnesium wheels. As a result, the weight has hardly increased compared to the “normal” T400. However, the entry height has become higher due to the larger wheels. This is at least 68cm.
POWERFUL BAFANG REAR WHEEL MOTOR WITH SHIMANO 7 GEARS
The Lacros Trotter T400XL with rearwheel motor provides a very powerful support in every situation, such as long distances, against the wind or against hills. The 250W motor from Bafang is powerful enough and very reliable. In combination with the 7 Shimano gears and an efficient magnet rotationsensor, the Lacros Trotter XL has a very natural cycling experience with electric support.
SMOOTH FRONT FORK SUSPENSION
The Lacros Trotter T400XL is standard equipped with a front fork suspension for more comfort while riding. A suspension seatpost is available as an option. The Magnesium starwheels are robust and lightweight and equipped with disc brakes for a smoother brake handling.
POWERFUL LI-ION POLYMER BATTERY WITH LOCK
The Trotter T400XL is equipped with a 13.6Ah/36V Li-ion Polymer battery that is light, powerful and durable. The 13.6Ah battery has a range up to 60-80km. The battery is removable and can be locked. A charger is included with the bike.
LCD DISPLAY WITH 9 SUPPORT POSITIONS
On the steering wheel is the LCD display with which the electrical support can be controlled. The 9 support positions can be easily operated with two buttons. The display is illuminated and easy to operate. By pressing a button you can read lots of information, such as speed, distance and battery usage. The support stops at speeds above 25 km per hour. This is determined by Dutch law. The LED lights can be operated via the LCD display. The display has a USB connection on the back. This gives you the option to charge your phone or navigation while riding.

Voor de 2e keer in maart 2023 fietsen opgehaald, dat zegt genoeg. Vriendelijke service, de koffie staat er altijd klaar, er wordt zo veel als mogelijk met je meegedacht. Zojuist eerste rit gemaakt, wat een verschil met die van 2019 en die vonden we al zo fijn, het product heeft een goede doorontwikkeling meegekregen in de afgelopen 3,5 jaar. Nu zijn we ook van de Trotter T200 naar de T400XL gegaan, dat fietst echt super. Een TotterT400XL is best wel hoog, met een verende zadelpen moet ik het zadel in de laagste stand zetten en dan gaat het voor mij nog net precies goed, je moet dus niet veel kleiner zijn dan 1,72mtr. Het advies dat je met de verende pen niet groter mag zijn dan 1,85, is meer voor de 20" modellen en minder strikt van toepassing op deze fiets. Naast een zwarte ook dit oranje exemplaar gekocht. De kleur is prachtig, veel mooier in het echt. Hij is ook niet helemaal mat, want bij een matig licht lijkt er een parelmoer glansje op te zitten. De kleur doet warm en zeker niet goedkoop aan. Inmiddels zit er ook een nieuwer display op, het oude display was het zwakkere punt van de oudere fiets(maar altijd opgelost), dit ziet er op het eerste gezicht veel beter uit!
